TAC Disability Support Services

Lifestyle Centred Services is a long-time provider of essential services to people funded by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC).

If you have been involved in a road accident, our support workers can assist you with attendant care to assist with rehabilitation and maintain your daily routines.

Attendant care may involve assistance with personal care – such as showering, dressing, eating and assistance accessing therapy programs developed by your team of physiotherapists or OTs. It may also include support to access the community – like shopping, banking, employment and education.

Lifestyle Centred Services TAC Disability Support Services are guided by the principals of the National Quality and Safeguarding arrangements, ensuring the supports we provide are centred around you, assessed on your individual needs and goals, and delivered in a safe and healthy environment.

We can assist with:

Personal Care

Physical Assistance with daily living tasks, as directed by your OT or other Allied Health professional. This can include domestic services in downtime periods between personal care activities.

Community Access

We can assist and support you to undertake activities in your community, as directed by your OT or other Allied Health professional.

Overnight Support

If you require care overnight, we can provide sleepover shifts, or active overnight shifts if you require.
